Hari writes about her experience of yoga:
"I've never been a sporty person so when I signed up to yoga I thought it would compensate for the lack of exercise in my life. At first I was very stiff and could barely touch my toes. However I soon really got into it, and as a result am a lot more flexible and am physically stronger. I used to feel tired all the time but with yoga I have more stamina. I also had a fairly weak immune system and since I have been doing yoga (for 2 years) I have not had the 'flu, which I normally get every winter. I also always have a good night's sleep after yoga. I have been attending Sejel's classes for the last 2 years and though it sounds cheesy, am of the firm belief that yoga is amazing for the mind, body and soul!"
